The stages of all such projects are mainly categorized as follows: - Project Scope Identification, Technical & Financial Feasibility Study, Preparing of Bid documents and other project documents, Award of the Project, Fixing of Communicating Strategy, Execution of the Project, Financial Closure, Exit from the Project & Dissolution of JVC etc.
Projects already successfully implemented by PPP Cell – Residential & Commercial complex at Hiland Park (JVC - Calcutta Metropolitan Group Ltd. (CMGL)), Residential & Commercial complex at City Centre, Salt Lake (JVC – Bengal Ambuja Metro Development Ltd. (BAMDL)).
Ongoing projects which are currently being taken care of by PPP Cell, KMDA – Residential & Commercial Complex at Manicktala (Abasan Realty LLP), 2 sites near E M Bypass (Kolkata Metro South City Development Limited – with South City – Merlin Consortium), 2 sites at Salt Lake (Kolkata Metropolitan Dhoot Development Limited - KMDDL), Sealdah Court cum Commerical Complex (Riddhi Siddhi Mall Management Pvt. Ltd.), Barrackpore Housing Complex Project etc.
